The green soup ... soup spring colors

green soup recipe

There are a lot of delicious foods of spring that can be provided to our family know the wonderful cuisines green food value and of this I will give you the perfect combination and useful ones.




Ingredients:  

-2 cups spinach

-1 teaspoon salt

-½ teaspoon pepper

-1 cup peas

-1 minced onion

-2 minced garlic

-7 tbsp olive oil

-2 cups chicken broth

How to prepare:  

-Put peas in the pot on the fire with oil.

-Add onion and garlic to peas with salt and pepper and moving the vegetables to mature a little.

-Add chicken broth to leave it until the peas and a boil and then weaken the fire for 20 minutes.

-Add spinach and peas to leave it on the fire for 15 minutes.

-Leave soup to cool slightly and then put them in the blender a bowl with lemon juice.

-Mix the soup for 10 minutes and then pour it in the food dishes.
