Couscous with meat and vegetables seven

 Hello Today I am writing the first topic in the site and you choose your Moroccan couscous, one of the best cuisine and Moroccan Arabic is also called couscous with meat and vegetables to the seven provided the meat and vegetables seven beneficial to our bodies.

 Ingredients:

- 800 g of meat (Cottage beef, lamb, chicken) 

- 8 carrots

- 8 onions

- 8 turnips

- 2 green peppers

- 2 red peppers

- White cabbage

- 8 zucchini

- Pumpkin piece 4

- 1 can of peeled tomatoes (we keep the juice too)

- Chickpeas (amount to be adapted)

How to prepare couscous:

- Saute onions and remove when they are golden.

- Cook all meat,which will cook at the last minute. Book.

- In the pot, add a little olive oil and saute all the vegetables except zucchini and chickpeas if cooked / canned. Add the tomatoes and their juice.

- At this stage, the spices, the amount shall be adjusted to everyone's taste ... but there are ready couscous spices are added.


For us:

- Cumin, paprika, saffron, spices 4, ras el hanout, ginger and a hint of cinnamon
Then, covered with spicy meat broth and allowed to simmer cook 1:30.

-10 minutes before end of cooking, zucchini and chickpeas may we add.

Note: You can adjust the amounts depending on the taste or quantity desired without commitment one way or the ingredients.
