Summer drink to burn fat

Ingredients:  


- 1 teaspoon cloves crunched

- 2 green apples

- 2 kiwis

- 1 pear

- 2 cups lemon juice

- Mint

- 2 liters of water


How to prepare:  


- Put apples, pears, lemon juice, water, mint and cloves in electric mixer and mix well.

- Put the juice in the refrigerator to usage time.

- Drinking a glass of juice on a daily basis for a month and you will notice the difference.
