Tunisian Yo-Yo

Yo-yo is one of the types of traditional cakes Tunisian known beloved. In this recipe I present you the modus operandi of the yo-yo the Tunisian amounts and easy steps.



Ingredients:  

-5 kernels eggs

-5 tablespoons , sugar

-5 tbsp , oil

-Teaspoon , vanilla

-Teaspoon , yeast

 -½ cup , sesame

 -500 g flour

 -1 L , Vegetable oil for frying

-500 g sugar for making honey

-Half a grain of lemon juice for making honey

-3 cups water for making honey

How to prepare: 

-Mix the eggs and sugar well in a bowl

-Add oil and vanilla and the sesame and mix well

-Add flour and yeast, and then mix until we get a homogeneous a paste

-Rub the the dough to get a soft dough

-Segmental the dough in the form of pierced circles in the middle

-I transferred the dough circles after that into the hot oil until they become golden in color

-Prepare a saucepan and put the sugar inside. Lemon juice and water on the fire until we have texture aviscous liquid

-Dipping the fried dough slightly

-Put the dough to cool then able to offer your family
