Flower Fried

Egyptians love of heavy cuisine and pastries, rice, and others offer you this dish and delicious fried delicacies, a cauliflower I hope that you like Madam.





Ingredients:   


- 3 tsp ground cumin

- Cauliflower section

- 1 cup flour

- 1 egg

- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 tablespoon tomato paste

- Salt and pepper

- 0.25 cup milk

- Oil


How to prepare: 


- Fill in with water saucepan add a little salt up and let it a boil, then add 2 tablespoons of cumin.

- Add cauliflower and leave it in the water for 2 minutes and then take it out of the water and leave to cool.

- Mix the flour with the egg, garlic, cumin and tomato paste, salt, pepper, and put them in a bowl and mix well.

- Add milk, constant stirring.

- Heat the a little oil in a pan.

- Put cauliflower in a mixture of flour and make sure it is well mixed.

- Be frying in oil for 8 minutes until the color turns into golden.
