Chakchouka

chakchouka recette

Chakchouka considered from the main dishes in the kitchen and the Tunisian and Libyan Algerian and Moroccan is usually cooked in a frying pan and is eaten with bread.




Ingredients:   


- 250 g of minced meat

- 6 tomatoes (chopped)

- 3 cloves garlic mashed

- 3 tbsp butter

- 2 chopped onion  
                                                              
- 2 eggs (whiskered)

- 2 Green Peppers

- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

- 1 teaspoon salt

- ½ teaspoon of caraway seeds small



How to prepare:  


- The frying peppers, tomatoes and onions in oil until golden color earn.

- Gradually add the beaten eggs, stirring.

- Add the meat, stirring for 10 minutes.

- Add the remaining ingredients and cook gently for 30 minutes.
