Soup Alabama Lebanese

Soup Alabama
Of Lebanese cuisine chose you Madam method of preparation of soup Alabama Lebanese and constituents of meat and rice.





Ingredients: 

- Tomato paste 2 tablespoon

- Bovine meat kefta, 0.50 kg

- ½ cup rice

- Rite-half cup

- Oil 0.2 spoon

- Salt

- Pepper                          


How to prepare:

- Pepper divides the meat into small balls.

- Received meat balls in oil ,with I have received from time to time to mature from all sides.

- Is poured water in a saucepan and put on the fire to boil. Are then added the kefta pellets ,tomato paste, Rice, Rite salt and pepper.

- Cook until cooked rice.
