Moroccan Tagine Meat Plum

Hello today I wanted to offer you a kind of the tastiest kinds of appetizers in Morocco, a "Tagine Moroccan" meat the plum.




 Ingredients:


-1 kg of lamb

-1 tablespoon butter

-Half a small cup of oil

-Half teaspoon black pepper

-Half teaspoon of ginger

-Teaspoon of cinnamon

-Tablespoon of coriander and parsley minced

-2 large onions chopped

-Little salt

-Little of saffron

-Teaspoon of sesame seeds for garnish a reddish

-500 g dried plum

-Little blossom water

-2 tbsp sugar

How to prepare: 

 -The meat is washed and cut the size that suits you, put it in a bowl, and add the garlic, onion, salt, cinnamon, coriander and parsley, ginger and butter.

 -are then mix all the earlier components well, and then put the pot on low heat for 30 minutes until the meat is cooked.


-thereafter we wash the plum well, and place in a bowl tags a little water and 2 tbsp of sugar and little blossom water and half a teaspoon of of cinnamon and a little butter. Then we leave the plum kernels out that absorb water and are concentrated sauce.

 -Finally, is placed the meat in a large bowl in "Tagine", pour on the little meat from the gravy, and are is adorned grains plum, and finally Sprinkle with the sesame a reddish.
