Harira Moroccan

"Harira Moroccan" dishes, which are indispensable to the breakfast table and all the family Moroccan eaten throughout the winter protects it from the cold and diseases .



Ingredients:  

 - 1 onion, cut into small pieces

 - 3 tomatoes, cut into small pieces

 - ½ kg veal, cut into small pieces very

 - 1 packet of homs

 - 1 cup lentils

 - Salt and pepper, to taste

 - Saffron

 - 1 liter of water

 - 2 tbsp flour

 - 2 tbsp tomato paste

 - ½ pack coriander, cut into small pieces

 - ½ parsley, cut into small pieces


 How to prepare:  

 -  Placed the first 8 ingredients with water in a pot over medium heat for half an hour.

- Solv flour in 2 tbsp water is added to the bowl, and leave the the mixture to a boil for 10 minutes.

- Tomato paste solv in water and added to the the pot and leave for another 10 minutes.

- Addition parsley and cilantro to the soup before serving.
